Sales Agent MasterClass

The 3-part Sales Agent MasterClass (SAM) dives deep into the opportunity to onboard asset owners for Impact Guarantee Fund (IGF) participation, the cutting edge of alternative, private mid-market project finance, from an investing perspective, addressing both the potential for having a positive impact as well how Sales Agents stand to benefit financially.
In addition, we’ll examine the role of a Regulated Offering (under US SEC Reg D, 506c syndication rules) that will be organized after the MasterClass. Asset owners can get involved now bespoke to specific project opportunities; the syndicate is a pledge pool, where IGF clients are diverse, global, and can pledge participate on a relatively short-term basis for immediately liquidity and long-term benefit.
Sales Agent MasterClass objectives:
- Understand how In3 Capital works, what we invest in, and the Sales Agent role, as In3 works mainly with an innovative single family real office investing equity only in mid-market impact projects, without requiring debt or the need for control, at any stage of readiness.
- Identify the primary risks, and discover the strategies to mitigate them, such as portfolio diversity that offsets economic volatility, as well as the rewards, which range from near-term liquidity (cash compensation) to longer-term impacts from backing such beneficial projects.
- Examine the impacts of working with “catalytic capital” in support of market disruptors and their evolving role in shaping the future of UN Sustainable Development Goal (SDG) achievement.
